Pay attention to the signals a womans's body send to you, and you will know if she likes you or you are wasting your time.

Specially pay attention to her eyes. Next time you going out experiment and make eye contact with girls. If you see a girl you like, lock your eyes on her till she makes eye contact with you. When you approach a girl who locks  eyes with you give her a smile and raise your eyebrows.

Then pay attention to her reposnse.

If she smiles back at you, holds eye contact longer, and keeps glancing back at oyu, guess what? She is demostrating a sign of interest to you meeting her! With few words she is giving you an opportunity to approch her with very little risk of rejection!

But if she shows no expression and looks away, never mind you are wasting your time.
